Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before; a scheduled pick up time/ delivery time(10am) will be processed without a penalty.

 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of the total amount of your order.

 

If you need immediate assistant, please call us in. Your message might not be answered right away during our busy season. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

You can cancel or make a change on our existing order by sending DM, calling our store.
